About Tim Lee
When you’re making one of the biggest investments of your life, you want to work with someone you can trust. As your lender, I’ll always have your back
Tim Lee has been in the mortgage business for over 10 years. As an experienced loan officer, Tim enjoys meeting new clients and partnering with real estate agents to provide first-time and repeat buyers with the best experience possible.
Tim is recognized for his exceptional service and has been named to the Chairman’s Club for his high production volume. Living in the Hampton Roads market, Tim is very experienced in VA loans for veterans and active duty servicemen and women. He also specializes in FHA and VHDA First-Time Homebuyer loans, and conventional loans for borrowers that want to make a more substantial down payment.
Tim educates his clients on their credit score and how it affects their ability to qualify for a mortgage. He informs his borrowers on their different loan options, helping them to find one that best fits their individual needs. He considers himself as a mortgage advisor rather than a salesperson.
Tim accommodates his clients' needs by being available to meet in-person, online or over the phone. He graduated with honors from Virginia Tech in 2013, majoring in Marketing and International Studies. Tim is a Hampton Roads native, and graduated from Hickory High School in Chesapeake before attending Virginia Tech. He currently lives in the Landstown area of Virginia Beach.
Tim previously coached and volunteered with youth recreational basketball leagues in the Great Bridge area. He also enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife and son, traveling, and reading non-fiction books about history, politics, and business.
